All American Event Rentals was started with one concept in mind. We want to take the worry and stress out of planning a special event and provide clean, quality equipment to you. We will deliver and set-up in a highly professional and friendly manner. In business you must have policies, guidelines and programs to protect yourself, however we try to make them simple, easy and flexible when possible. We want your rental experience to be an awesome one, and will work hard for your continued business at future events.

ABOUT US
We are a family owned and operated business, and at this time specializing in moderately sized family and business events with tents ranging in various sizes to “Tent your Event”. Contact us with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you, or direct you to a reputable source that can. 

The business is owned and operated by Steve Booth, who brings nearly 25 years of business management, sales and customer service specialization to the organization. Prior to that, Steve served our country in the US Army, 82nd Airborne Division. Loyalty and Patriotism to our Country, and the 82nd Airborne helped to inspire our All American name. Steve is involved with each and every rental and set-up, and most likely he or his wife Megan will answer your call or respond to your email. The balance of our team is 3 sons, and presently 2 are in college and one in High School. At times our daughter Delaney helps us out as well. This is truly a family operation. Mickey, Corey and Sean all work throughout the spring, summer and fall when not in school to keep the family business operating at a high level. We all take ownership in what we are doing and providing to you.

With All American Event Rentals, party planning is made easy. We provide the delivery of the tents, tables, chairs, and all other accessories needed to make your event a success. We offer all accessories needed to serve your needs for any event including but not limited to: weddings, graduation parties, backyard parties, corporate functions, fairs, festivals, etc.

At All American Event Rentals, all of our tents are manufactured with 1st Quality, American Made vinyl. The tent tops are heat sealed with vinyl-coated polyester webbing. Heat sealing the webbing eliminates all thread and needle holes which results in a durable, more water resistant tent. Many of our Tents will be secured by our 5000 lbs ratchets which provide maximum stability and tent tightness. 

The tents will be setup by our experienced crew and ready for use prior to your function date, and removed as soon as possible after the function to satisfy your needs.

During the winter (non-tent season), we also are happy to provide tables, chairs and other needed party items. We are constantly adding to the products our customers need and inquire about, so don’t hesitate to ask if you are looking for something not mentioned. If we don’t have it, we will either get it, or coordinate with one of the several agencies we have a great relationship with to obtain what you need.
